Huize Sint Joanna is an authentic beguinage house, that has been built around 1750. It is situated in the Beguinage of Saint Elisabeth, the largest beguinage in the history of the low countries. This beguinage is located in the centre of Ghent, 500 meters from the famous Gravensteen and Graslei. Huize Sint Joanna lies in the Provenierstersstraat, the most authentic street of the beguinage.

As soon as you enter the gate of the small garden, you see the splendid historical facade of Huize Sint Joanna. In the house there are two apartments where families live. To the right on the courtyard, there is a beautiful small building that leans against the large house. Here your residence is situated. Welcome !
